Members can elect to receive notices of meetings either in hard copy or electronically. The Clubs default position is currently electronically. To receive a hard copy of the notice of meeting, a member must notify the Club in writing at least thirty (30) days before the relevant meeting that they are electing to receive the entire notice of meeting in physical form.
