Membership Terms and Conditions
- Use of the Club VIP Rewards Membership Card will constitute the member’s deemed acceptance of Club Harrington – Club VIP Rewards Terms and Conditions.
- The membership card is not transferable and remains the property of Harrington Bowling Club Ltd.
- The membership card must be presented to claim a benefit or gift and is not redeemable for cash.
- Members of Club Harrington acknowledge that any benefit, or gift, offered by a participating merchant is the responsibility of the participating merchant. Club Harrington accepts no liability in respect of any claim made against a participating merchant.
- Club Harrington and participating merchants reserve the right to alter or amend any benefit or gift redeemable by a Club VIP Rewards member.
- Club VIP Rewards Terms and Conditions may be varied at the discretion of Club Harrington by the giving of thirty (30) days prior notice to members.
- Membership in the Club VIP Rewards program may be cancelled if a member breaches the Terms and Conditions of use, or the member acts fraudulently in obtaining a benefit or gift.
- If a member’s card is lost or stolen, the member should immediately contact Club Harrington to have the card cancelled. Replacement cards will be subject to the payment of the required fee.
- Club Harrington reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Club VIP Rewards program at any time without prior consent of the members. Such suspension or termination may result in a member’s inability to redeem any outstanding benefit or gift.
- Club Harrington reserves the right to alter merchant participation in the Club VIP Rewards program.
